Motorbike clothing
Does anyone know of anywhere in the Lancashire/Manchester areas that do Motorbike clothing at reaonable prices. I'd really like women's clothing if possible but may find this difficult as I'm not a size 10. I looked at our local store in Bolton today and they had very little. I want good quality things but don't want to pay the earth as I've only just done my CBT and just want something to get me started so I can ride my brother's bike for 6 months or so before doing my "big" bike test and getting a bigger bike.

Hein Gericke are a good company. Their own brand of clothing is excellent. I wear one of their textile jackets in the winter and their leather trousers all year round. I also own a pair of HG boots.
They have shops nearby in Manchester, Liverpool and Chester

If you can get a good idea of your size, then you can't beat ebay.
There is a size chart here http://www.first4gear.com/sizecharts.html
I bought most of my gear second hand and saved a fortune.Sponsored by Tesco Clubcard Points !!0 -

Hi
You might like to try this lady - she's in the business of altering m/c leathers which is how I came across her but she also stocks v.cheap v.good quality 2nd hand m/c clothing too and if it needs altering to fit, job's a good 'un. She's called Anne and her no is 07789 827101. Her workshop is in Todmorden which is on the border between Lancashire & West Yorkshire (a good run out too) and you need to ring to make sure she's not off at a m/c rally somewhere.
Good Luck0
