My son bought a lego set - a police bike - from sainburys the other day. When we got it back home we found there is only 1 wheel , sainsburys have to exchange or refund me right, even if its been opened (how else would you find out theres a bit missing), do you think they'd try n fob me off n tell to contact lego for the part, exchanging it while im in there getting groceries is by far the easiest option for me.

I've had the same problem before with lego kits, and phoned them up and the pieces were set the following day. Also got their free club magazine which is good to get ideas from and other gifts.0
