EDPM by an approved installer and you can get a 25 year warranty. plus problems will usually become apparent after 1st rain storm/ hose down. Fibreglass can crack over time. My mum had a fibreglass roof done and it cracked after about a year (poor quality installation, not material defect). She is now having it redone using the Fatra roofing system. Breathable rubber membrane over insulation board.

Agreed with Kiran, but Glassfibre should not crack if done right. EPDM is also great if the roof is in a very windy place, as it flexes better, but also needs putting on corrrectly over newe wood. Another option is Liquid Rubber which goes on the existing timber if it is sound. None should be more than £1300-1600 including new edges etc roof-coaters.co.uk in manchester offer all three.
