candy fridge problem

My fridge is not cold on my candy fridge-freezer though the freezer works fine and there is only 1 thermostat. I think the model is a 410 L but need to check inside. I think it might be the seal but Candy tell me they are difficult to fit and it takes 2 engineers! Can anyone help?? Thanks

Candy said something similar when I had issues with the heating element on my oven and I managed to fix that myself! I'm going to have a go.........0
