I've just realised that it has FREESAT not FREEVIEW.

I'm on cable at present, will I need to change to Sky or will it still work?

From the product description on the M & S website it says the following:-

Integrated Digital & Cable Tuner: Provides access to all Freeview™ channels and radio stations (subject to coverage) and is cable TV ready (with supported providers only)

so judging by that it does have a freeview tuner built in, so you will be able to watch normal freeview, also it seems you can hook your cable straight up to it as well, and get your cable channels if your cable operator supports this
