Some say, he's the toddler love child of carolt and nearlynew, in "thanks training" for the great crash of 2025.

Some say, he's Graham's inbred cousin, but has no hands and must type with his nipples.

All we know is, he's called The Stig rewired.

I so should not have thanked that but the typing with the nipples bit did make me LOL.

No, look at the responses from the mouth breathers in this thread, coming out of a recession is a disaster for these parasites.

Are you really that happy about pricing future generations, including our own sons and daughters out of the housing market entirely?

    btw,

The "Thanks" was an accident, but I'm not ruling out the idea that I won't thank you again - if one day perhaps, you showed maybe an element of compassion.

why does everyone compare to the 90's recession.
If you compare to earlier recessions you will see it acted differently again.
In fact the 80's house price correction seems more akin to the current one.

Perhaps you've missed the last years effect on house prices.

I was talking about the 90's rather than last year. Anyway if its realised that central banks got it wrong about the depths of our problems and the economy is in a much better shape than first though IR's will have to rise and those people like the Wilsons who have found themselves procted by low rates will find themselves in trouble again.

The government will have difficulty justifying spending money on those who got into debt through their own fault in the good time if the economy is doing well

Yes you reffered that in the 90's it took a few years for house prices to "find it's feet".
I referred that it's very possible that this time it found its feet given the house price rises of last year and has started being seen again this year.

Just get the impression that if things turn out better than expected, some won't be happy about it - maybe they just want a cheapo house.

I think it's to do with jealousy and bitterness too.

If there is a strong recovery and things improve it means other people out there are doing pretty well, which doom'sters hate, especially if they arent doing so well themselves.

What's with these Nutrisse and rewired creatures anyway?
Are they actually real people who crawl through every thread to thank and report?

    Amazing...

As the recovery in both house prices and the wider economy gains speed, we will see more and more of these sorts coming in to cause a nuisance and to waste mods time.

Good to see that one of them "nutrisse" has just been banned. Hopefully Nutrisse and rewired are not far after
