Oh dear... PS3/Xploder cheats

Against my better judgment...... and it is half term..... ds bought Xploder cheat software. Finally got everything set up, and now every time we try and copy over to the usb stick, we just get an Error 12 message.
Have posted on the Xploder forum and emailed support, but no response.
Any one here have any experience or suggestions as to what is causing the problem?

All sorted. If anyone else who has viewed this thread has a similar issue, just try formatting the memory stick from the Xploder site.
All is now working and DS has now completed COD!Don't lie, thieve, cheat or steal. The Government do not like the competition.
