Standard Life shares

I have just over 400 standard life shares and wondering whether now is a good time to sell them or should I keep them?

Although FTSE 100 listed Standard Life shares underperformed in comparison with the FTSE 100 index in the first 1/4 of the year.

They seem to peak around £2.20 ish and then taper off for whatever reason(s).

Still if we knew what the future is going to look like.....

I've got 700 and now wish I'd sold when they were 300+. I wonder if they'll ever get back there? I think I'll hang on for the moment

    Good yield, 5% +

My chart prediction for SL seems to indicate they'll get cheaper as they have roughly since 2007.
I dont own them now so I might look again when we are closer to the Ex div date around July time

The one good thing about SL is they own some Canadian business assets and Canada is one of the worlds strongest currencies and probably will continue to be in future.
I think SL is a fairly secure but boring share, not about to double any time soon
