    Not all of us.....
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
  • Goodness, what an odd thing to do - to have a baby with a witch!

Tell me about it, six kids with four different men, three taken into care by the state, two died, now there's only my poor son shes holding onto (a pension?).

Two scary things come to mind; going to a midwife's appointment with her, and seeing her pregnancy history; six kids made it out of the womb, and four were killed in the womb (aka aborted).
Secondly, not actually knowing her real name until after my son was born!

Guys watch where you put it! Witches abound!

And some NRPs suddenly turn into tight, nasty people who refuse to acknowledge their own children just to spite us PWCs.

Oh dear!! I think resorting to name calling is really out of order :naughty:. What springs to mind is....ermm......takes two to tango!!

I don't think its right that you should come on here and dis-respect the mother of your child, she is not on here to defend herself, and that's unfair, fact is you have to pay child support, any disagreement you have about how much then you should keep your post focused on the finances rather than name calling.

Some of us NRP don't get the chance as they have no parental rights etc and try to get by without getting shafted even more by my ex spiteful witch .15 years on and still trying to call the shots .

Every one has their own story

Exactly - I am sick of all PWCs being branded as being money grabbing witches and NRPs as being non paying scumbags - that is what I'm saying.

    CSA_Help,

I know there are genuine NRPs who don't have a say, I live with one who has an ex who has and still does contact block and being a PWC myself I have seen just how biased this country is against the NRP and their rights..

I have never come between my son and his father, yet I have another 2 children to my first partner now he never had any contact or paid child support so you can say I have been on both sides of the coin.

I don't come on here and start calling him names and so forth, the past is the past, my 2 children were brought up the best I could, if I was to ever call him, it would be for having no contact because that's all that mattered to the children, was not having contact (not saying NRPs shouldnt pay).

My son who sees his dad regularly gets no child support due to dad being on DLA, if his dad was to stop seeing him, it wouldnt be the money that would upset him it would be no contact.

I dont think it does anyone any good by being nasty, we know some circumstances is unfair for both PWC and NRPs alike but I like to think am listening to mature adults on here who have problems that they need help or advice to send them into the right direction to resolve their problem.
  • Fair call, name calling is out of order, but those are some facts.

Am sure alot of people have horror stories, and alot some great resolutions. Havnt the slightest problem supporting my son, just wish £15k could have spend on his education rather than lawyers.
If PWC's have the right for support, i reckon it should be easier to get contact with your child than having to spend a year in court.

Funny thing is, if the NRP doesnt pay child support, thay can go to jail. If the PWC ignores a contact order, at least in Scotland, there is nothing the courts will do.
