1. The prize draw is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents aged 16 and over, with the exception of L’Oreal (UK) Limited employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase necessary.
3. Entry to this draw is free. Only one entry per person.
4. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw. Entries will only be accepted on the official internet form on the (www.maybelline.co.uk) website. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Responsibility cannot be accepted for lost, damaged or delayed entries whether due to technical problems or otherwise.
5. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.
6. Entries must be received before 5pm 29th April 2010. The prize draw will take place on 15th May 2010. The promoter reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. Eight thousand (8,000) completed entries will be drawn at random and each winner will receive one (1) Superstay 24H foundation sample 1ml sachet in Sand
8. Winners will be notified by post within 28 days of the draw date
9. The prize is as stated and there are no alternatives or cash substitutes.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
12. Winners agree to take part in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional use.
13. If a prize is declined or if the winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at is absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
14. The name of the winners will be available by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Maybelline New York, 255 Hammersmith Road, London W6 8AZ within 4 weeks of the draw date.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
