Hi All,
I've recently got a santander credit card. I transfered a balance from my halifax credit card to the new Santander one. I want to go about paying my bill online. Can this be set up through the online banking on santander's website? I would like to pay the bill with my halifax current account.
Can I set this up online?
Many Thanks

Once you can access your Santander credit card online shouldn't be an issue."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0

The easiest way I think is to use the instructions on this page:
http://www.santander.co.uk/csgs/Satellite?appID=abbey.internet.Abbeycom&canal=CABBEYCOM&cid=1210607108273&empr=Abbeycom&leng=en_GB&pagename=Abbeycom%2FPage%2FWC_ACOM_TemplateA2
The account listed there accepts faster payments in, and in my experience the balance updates instantly so it's faster to pay off my Zero card than the credit card with my main bank!0 -
Santander are a right pain to pay there brilliant card.
I use Halifax and I don't know the sort code or account number so used my Natwest account instead but even that shows as paying off an Abbey card! How confusing!
D--fus's link will show the correct payee sort and account, I wish Halifax would get with the times and have nice easy to use drop down boxes like Natwest have.0
