Problems with USwitch

Has anyone else experienced problems in switching their gas and
electricity with USwitch? Attracted by the promise of a free bottle of champagne, I switched in June. Guess what - no champagne and no answer
to any e-mails asking why this has not been received.
Any suggestions anyone?

    I had the opposite problem to you - I got TWO bottles of champagne instead of one!

    They do say that the champagne takes up to 6 weeks after the switch has happened. Bear in mind that the switch takes 4 weeks, then 6 weeks after that for them to confirm you've actually done it

    If in doubt, give them a call - don't bother with the 0870 number, the free one is 0800 0930607
