Why are you involving yourself in Man business? Why is your bloke not advising?
Does your OH involve himself if a femail needs pads or whatever?
Stick to the traditional roles.
Mum = Periods. Dad = Beards.
Why make life for yourself so complicated.
Pass it on to OH and get a pedicure or something.0 -

What's a femail?
My OH will happily involve himself where me and my daughter and periods are concerned, just as I am quite happy to involve myself in his and my son's beard removal (and zits and smelly bums etc)Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
My son started growing a tash at 12, he has quite olivey skin and very dark hair so was very noticeable. He was more keen on the idea of shaving than I was but then he was the one feeling embarassed by it. He went straight to a normal razor - got him a decent Gilette one and he never cut himself. It was only used once a fortnight to start with but he felt so much better about himself once he lost it. If the hairs do grow back coarser it doesnt matter as he shaves more regularly now anyway, but tbh it didnt seem to get worse, they were really dark and prominent from day 1 with him!0

No, he won't!!
If he has someone to show him the correct way to move the blade he will do just fine!!
My son has learning difficulties and development delay and dyspraxia which all affect his motor skills.. and he managed fine.. he did miss a few bits but so do expert shavers!
He used the tesco triple blade thing (is it matrix?) apparently and shaving gel which he was happier with than foam.
Well done to your son.
My son has bipolar and tends to get a bit 'upset' shall we say....Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0 -

Well, it has taken me the best part of 18 months to get him this far.. on closer inspection he hasn't actually done a bad job! (I had a few spots to squeeze)
DSs3 called him Mr Mustachio.. but it was the 'Mr Tumnus' tuft on his chin that really did it! I then HAD to go!LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -

Don't you just love our special kids eh? my son was diagnosed ADHD at 5 and was on spectrum and now it is clear it's a lot more than that.Blackpool_Saver is female, and does not live in Blackpool0 -
Mine was a journey from start of diagnosis at 3 until he was 8 and we realised he had multiple issues.. for me it just makes all those milestones just that little bit more amazing and special and I am thankful every minute of every day he 'only' has the issues that he does, he was very nearly not here at all.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
