Hi, I’m just about to set out along the investment path & will be buying some stocks & shares.
Can anyone recommend any good resources or tools for tracking, monitoring & reporting on the stock market.
Are there any good Apps, Software, Websites, TV Programs, Youtube Channels, Videos, Books etc. worth checking out?
Up till now, I’ve been using….

Hi United,
I am quite new to the stock and shares thing, I have spoken to a few people in my office and I have been given a name of a program called
metastock. A company in london sells this platform and it has been around
for many years, does charting/technical analysis. End of day method. Cost range from £ 200 - £ 1200 ..
As far as checking up on stocks/ market news etc, I have looked on londonstockexchange.com and reuters etc.0 -
Save yourself a lot of money, unless you are, or are planning to be a day trader then you don't need realtime charting. This site should provide all you will probably ever use charting wise for free.
