Renault car Radio stopped working during bad weather
My Renault Car radio stopped working for a few days in December due to the really bad weather. Took it to Renault dealer early February and I am still waiting on it to be returned. Has anyone else had the same problem and are they still waiting on their radio to be returned.

The same happened to us in January. We're still waiting for it to be replaced under warranty, and there's still no estimate of when it will be replaced.
Apparently this happened to a lot of Renault radios in the cold weather, and they've got a pretty big backlog.
Needless to say, we're not too happy about this.
Any thoughts on our rights in this situation? It's under warranty, and we've now been 4 1/2 months without our radio.
I asked about sourcing a radio ourselves and getting them to fit it, but no go.0
