Hi, thanks for advice but I originally posted this over a year ago
.
Don't really understand why it has been resurrected lol.0 -
Did he make a will?0
-
As far as I know, but it looks as though yet another one will have to be made as it has been discovered that the son has been using the money his father gives him to buy drugs and has been selling his possesions from his father too. The man wants to make sure his son does not squander what he is left on drugs so apparently some clause is going to be put in the will.
If people don't mind, I am going to delete the original post as I know now that the man in question uses the site and is possibly on it right now!0 -
This 16 year old boy should be equally entitled. This man may be successful in business and life, however he had an affair, he fathered a son and quite rightfully paid for him.
This 16 year old boy has a not so great home life by the sounds of it, he's probably looking at his half sister thinking how did she get to live with our dad, how come she got a lovely home, how did she get a private education? And the request for money or new things is deeper than an obsession for money or material goods. By excluding him further, you would be punishing him for his fathers affair which is completely wrong!
I agree, but for what it is worth he doesn't know his father's daughter with his wife let alone where she lives/grew up, what she does for a living or that she was privately educated. He was offered a private education and turned it down and has always had a comfortable home. He was very much sheltered from the circumstances of his birth, to this day having no idea he was conceived during an affair and knows that his Dad and family offered to adopt him but his mother refused. He must think it was a casual fling. If it was me, I would have been asking questions!0 -
