RCD trips when i turn my oven/grill on

On saturday morning i turned my grill on to do breakfast and about 2 minutes later my electricity went off, I had a look at the fuse box and the RCD had tripped. I put it back on and tried again, same thing happened, I also tried it with the oven (its a combi one) and that was the same. The hob etc works fine.
Any ideas what this could be?, i am not at all diy minded and have no clue.
Should i be getting out an electrition or an oven repair guy
Thanks

When this happened to me a few weeks back it was because the element had gone in the oven.
I called a local repairman who replaced it the same day for £80."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0
