Fridge Freezer

I have an Electrolux fridge freezer which is about 8 or 9 years old and never had a problem with it. However, I have noticed that I am getting water sitting at the bottom of the fridge (underneath the plastic containers). This has happened twice now in a matter of two weeks. Does anybody know why this is so. I have turned the button up but it has not made any difference apart from the fridge does seems a little colder than normal (it is now set on number 5). The door is closed tight and the light off.
The freezer is fine.
Any suggestions??????

Is it a frost-free f/f? if so, the drainage hole could be blocked - they can get pretty grotty.0

Is it because its 8-9 years old and worn out. Maybe time for a new one.0
