Acerdirect / Laptopsdirect / Butitdirect

Just a quick unofficial poll:

I have just bought a sub £400 laptop from this group of companies.
The items seem like good value but so far the customer service (or lack of) is shocking. Their eMessage is terrible and also an 08 number to contact! (but of course i've used saynoto)

Anybody else had good or bad service from this group??..........

I bought a laptop from them, it arrived, it worked, no problems.

Any chance you could offer the acer ferrari for around £300?

Careful chaps, good to have company reps on here helping solve customer service issues but if you start sailing a little too close to the commercial/promoting rules the admins might get upset...
