Booked Holiday now cheaper online

Hello,
I wondered if anyone could help- I booked a holiday with First Choice about two months ago, and now the price of the exact holiday on the First Choice website is cheaper than what I paid. Does anyone know if I have any rights about getting the difference back, or is it just a case of tough?
Thank you!

It's tough luck.
They wouldnt expect you to pay more when it goes up and they wont be giving you anything when the price goes down.0 -
As the above poster has said it is tough luck. You wouldn't be desperate to pay the difference if it had gone up! You accepted the holiday at that price, at the time you brought it

Their price promise is for 24 hours from booking http://www.firstchoice.co.uk/information/why-book-with-us/lowest-price-guarantee/Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

Also why bother to check the price again, presumably you were happy with the price when you booked?0 -

You have no right to the difference - legally you agreed a price and entered into a contract. Your travel agent bought the holiday based at the time purchase price, they had to pay for it at that price and so do you.
It similar to getting a mortguage of a house at £300k then 10 years into the mortguage your hoiuse is only worth £150k because of a recession had set in. Do yuo think that you ould not still owe the original purchase price and original mortguage payments?C. (Ex-Pat Brit)
