Main tip for quick-sell companies? Don't use them.

They offer around 70% of market value. You may just as well knock 10% to 15% off yourself, sell, and keep the balance.

Price it right for a quick sale and go through the normal channels. You will be better off.

    Hi,

As others say - get an EA in - ask if they can get it sold quickly. There are quite a few cash buyers around who might be able to buy it quickly.

Or what about an auction with a low reserve and guide price. You get a definate sale when the hammer goes down and I believe the buyer has to complete in 4 weeks.

But if you sold your house at auction and your own sale fell through?
