Charge Certificate from Athena ANPR
Got issued one of these but it wasn't the registered keeper who was driving. Should I contact them to tell them simply that, or just ignore right from the start? Has anyone ever really been taken to court over all this?
I know there is quite alot of information about this but I'm just wondering whther to make any contact or not.
Thanks!

If this purely a private ticket and not issued on behalf of the police, a council or under the railways act then totally ignore it. If you contact them they know they have got the right person and will carry on bugging you.0
