Just to say I was told this offer has a 160 day penalty for early withdrawal, it is actually only 90 days according to the details I received.

You're lucky you were offered a fixed follow-on rate. They only offered me the variable rate. Maybe you were offered a special 90 day penalty, when others have 160 - who knows? It happened last year as well. I'm fed up with Lloyds picking and choosing who they will give offers to, so I'm off!0

That's two years fixed over 30k isn't it ? else I'll be gutted having just applied for A&L

It allows transfers in I think but its for 24 months rather than A&L 1 year offering will offer 2.7% above the base rate (or 3% if you signed up to the 3.5% offering which has been withdrawn).
M&S had 4% for 3 years - gone now I think with a max penalty of £100 to withdraw early.0 -
I wasnt lucky, I had to phone up to get this offer after reading of it on here, Freephone no 0800 0150060. Did you actually contact them and ask? BTW i think the Fixed rate is 160 days notice, they put a leaflet in for the normal rate by mistake. You're lucky you were offered a fixed follow-on rate. They only offered me the variable rate. No, I had my variable rate offer through the post, with no mention of the fixed rate offered to some others. It was worse last year, with many being offered a good FR offer. Not me though - I wasn't good enough. Thing is though, if it wasn't for websites like this, you would never know!0
