Hi everyone,
over 12,000 downloads of this spreadsheet to date - plus I have enhanced the spreadsheet with more functionality and extra categories of saving, as well as more categories for 'frills spending'.
Enjoy and please leave feedback on this forum :TMFW #185

Hi, I am looking at moving out soon and just wanted to say that this sheet is a fab idea and Im very grateful - it's certainly gonna help a lot of people - me included thanks so much!0

Excellent Katie - I hope it helps - do PM me or pop comments on here and let me know how you get on - what do your charts show up like once you have filled them in?
Mine was shocking and I realised it was the 'miscellaneous' frills and 'beauty' spending that was doing it...MFW #185

I haven't completed it yet - I'm in the process of doing a dummy run on it - using bank statements and receipts from august and seeing how bad i was then. Just trying to collect my hundreds of receipts (clearly wasn't extremely good last month - I even ate out 11 times!) Hoping to do it properly tonight - when my 21 yr old brother is home and I can show him too! Thanks0

OoooOoh - it will def show you some hot spots then! I would agree that you should start with August & work your way backwards. You shouldn't need receipts - just bank statements. Don't forget that there is a category for 'cash withdrawals' which will cover all the small receipt spending you have made (ie small stuff that doesn't show on your bank statement because you bought it with cash withdrawals).
Enjoy!
PS: I notice you're not on Quidco.com (from your signature) - join up quick, can make you lots of real cash and is far better than other cashback sites...MFW #185
