It's a workout game, much more energetic than wiifit but still fun, you get one if those exercise bands and a leg strap that the nunchuck goes in to record your movements!

I swear I am going to start trying to find ways to put a little money away and get all those things and the wii to go with them. I have wanted one for so very very long now!
