Brand new phones turned up this afternoon, haven't worked since. Spent 40 minutes in a shop earlier to be told it would work in half an hour, went in again after the assessment was told at midnight, now have been told 'theres an error' and it'll take 5 working days.

The phone is utterly useless, and I'm being treated like a child.

    Grrrr!

Phone them up and tell them if they are not working by x time tomorrow then you want replacements sent via courier to your flat and you will be cancelling any direct debit / contract you have until its sorted.

aah but mine stay up late esp when dh doesn't have to get up for work. but making the most of it at the moment as we were on the5.30 - 6.30 am rising until very recently and DD has only just started to sleep through. so for 7 years been averaging 4-5 1/2 hours sleep but got some 8 hours recently. bliss.

don't work here!! He can stay up until 10pm and still be awake at 5am the next day.... I blame his dad for that, can't go back to sleep once he's woken...

mine used to be like that always up early no matter what time they went to bed and waking at least once in the night. but something just changed. DS is a night owl and I think we are too. we decided not to fight that anymore as he just could not sleep early. as we home educate it doesn't matter if he starts his day at 9 or 10 as its easy to work around it. since we stopped battling bedtimes he seems to sleep a lot longer between 10 and 12 hours. and I'm definitely not complaining!!!
DD mainly sleeps through now but when she wakes in the night she really wakes up!!

ps thats not me saying people should do it our way and all will be well. just an observation to myself really as I ponder why things have changed recently cos its taken me by surprise
