Mambury 40 isn't so bad but I just don't feel good about it. Its not actually being 40 . I think thats just something to hang it on its more that I used to look young for my age. Dh is 6 years younger than me and people used to think he was older than me. now I look at least my age and feel fat and frumpy all of a sudden.
Think my lifestyle and outlook changed very quickly and I haven't quite caught up with myself - it still doesn't feel like me in the mirror. I think I just keep ignoring my feelings about it and now I need to do something to feel better about it.

I know what you mean... I kind of lost myself when I had kids. Life revolves round them so I lost me in there somewhere..... I guess thats one of the reasons I am doing this, to prove to myself that I can do it.

Oh and I;m rebelling too! I plan more tattoos and mad hair ! I am plumping for turquoise at the moment!

Might be better off with colour sprays-depends what colour your hair is-if its blond any colour might stain it a bit

ankle... a ring of little aboriginal lizards
shoulder - a sun type thing with a celtic cross in the middle, but I want that covered up with some flowers... maybe a posy of sunflowers....
lower back - large tribal design...it must be about 18'' wide....

I would be covered if I had the money... one day!!

They sound amazing hun-My best mate has loads of tattoos, she has a tribal one on her arm and on the inside of her wrist, eeyore on her hip, one in elvish that srwirls round her other wrist (a dedication to her daughter) and a whole black and white back piece of a male angel with wings that come over her shoulders.

Mines just a black rose on my arm...boring! I had it done about 17 years ago!
  • Brand new phones turned up this afternoon, haven't worked since. Spent 40 minutes in a shop earlier to be told it would work in half an hour, went in again after the assessment was told at midnight, now have been told 'theres an error' and it'll take 5 working days.

The phone is utterly useless, and I'm being treated like a child.

    Grrrr!

I love this quote but can't quite live it yet
"Life shouldn’t be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well-preserved body, but rather, to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly shouting, ‘Wow! What a ride!" Beth Moore
