Repaying overdraft after Bank Charges loss.....

Hi everyone,
My claim was for 4.5K with Barclays, with my overdraft currently standing at about 1.5K. I switched to NatWest as soon as I started this action in early 2007 so Barclays haven't seen any money going into that account ever since. I had a bit of a wrangle with them about them trying to apply charges despite my claim being in court so I put the account in legal dispute and they didn't apply any charges since then. However, they have been adding interest the whole time the case was in court and they also removed my overdraft facility so, effectively, the whole 1.5K overdraft is now an unauthorised overdraft.
I am now concerned about how much Barclays may demand I repay each month to clear that overdraft. I haven't had a letter from the court as yet but we all know it's only a matter of time. Since moving to NatWest I have managed to organise my finances much better and have only exceeded my overdraft limit a couple of times in nearly 3 years. However, I know this will be a lot harder once Barclays demand repayment of the 1.5K overdraft. How should I approach this now? I doubt I will try taking this any further in the courts as everyone seems to be of the impression this will be risky. Should I try speaking to Barclays now or wait and see what their demands are? In an ideal scenario they'd offer to waive the overdraft if I discontinue my claim for 4.5K but I' dreaming if I think they'll go for that now.

Try and find out the terms of the stay with the court. You can only pay barclays what is affordable.0
