Hi Eagerlearner, thank you so much for sharing this. I've been using it for about a week and I love it! Any chance of you doing something to show where the money comes from? i.e. ebay £xx clicks £xx surveys £xx etc? Would be really interesting to see how it all builds up! Sorry if that's really cheeky - I have NO idea how to do Excel!! x x

Another big fan of your spreadsheet :D Thank you Eagerlearner

I have added a couple of sheets, one to put the dates of regular direct debits and another for listing regular credits.
I can now throw away all the scraps of paper i've been scribbling on for the last 2 weeks :rotfl:

Hi both glad you like it and it's helping! Mumof4 looks like I have helped recycle more then :D

you could write in a blank area 'Ebay' and then in the next box/cell across write the amounts?
Just write = at the beginning of the cell and then put amount + amount + amount etc.

For example for row that says ebay:

    =7.76+65.20+5.09

When you are on the cell you want to put the numbers in, try copying and pasting the above line and it should work to give you a working example.

If you always add in the next new amount to the same cell with a + sign it will keep adding everything up for you in that one cell.

Say Cell A1 (Column A, row 1 for example) has the word ebay, then cell B1 would have the numbers in it.
Then you could put Amazon in cell A2 (Column A, row 2) and cell B2 would have the numbers.

Give it a try and lemme know how you get on!

  • Hi Eagerlearner

Just going to download your spreadsheet, having set up one myself and been posting with others on how much we love excel and are obsessing about money saving with spreadsheets.

Thank you for your generosity in sharing this with everyone, but what i really wanted to say is your picture of your little doglet is adorable. Is he/she a staffie? Absolutely gorgeous. Dolly x

    Hi everyone,
Seems there is an error with the download link, I will need to see if I can find another kind soul to host it online...
I will post an update as soon as I have found a new home for the guide to live.
