overwintered veg growing again...
My parsnips which are still in the ground, have started to sprout again...
and my onions which were very small so I left them alone, also are growing again.
Anyone know if I should harvest now or what the likely result will be if I leave them another year?
Incidentally my potatoes are still fine in their bags and pots, where I forgot about them and didn't harvest them. Quite a nice surprise really!

I don't know about parsnips or onions but I left a number of my carrots in the tub that I grew them in over winter and pulled them up about a month ago, expecting them to be useless, and they were great and extremely tasty!!0 -
If you leave the parsnips to grow they will flower and you can collect your own seed from them. Not sure about onions0
