Onion and Leek seed advice
HI there, I planted Onion seeds three weeks ago and leek seeds a week ago and niether are showing any signs of growing, the onion trays are starting to smell a wee bit also? Shall I bin them and is there time to start again??
the onions are on a window sill in the house and the leeks are in a plastic greenhouse outside, should I bring them in and see if that makes a difference?

We planted our onions from sets on allotment, have never grown them from seed. I have two trays of leeks in mini greenhouse with no signs yet of plants showing but I think it will take a little longer this year as the weather is so cold. Always had a good crop of leeks before so hoping its just the cold. I also have sweetcorn and tomatoes in trays with no sign of life yet.0

iattempted growing onion from seed but had no success and binned the lot, i then purchased onion sets and have had some success with the ones i started indoors and planted out, but the ones i planted directly outside in my raised bed haven;t dine a thing, i think that may be because it is too cold and the earth hasn;t warmed sufficiently yet.
I have sown two lots of leek seeds, value range and Suttons and neither are doing anything, but i have heard they are slow to grow ( and they won;t be harvested for a long while anyway) so am not too worried yet.Grocery Challenge for October: £135/£200
