Anyone have a recipe for a cake using peaches?

Black Saturn's cobbler can be made with a tin of peaches, that's what I usually use. While not quite a cake it doesn't need eggs, and it's tasty.
I'm going to try that!!I imagine it will be lovely with custard.The only snag I can see is that Gas Mark 4 = 190 C which is impossible in my oven as it smokes if I put it above 170...hope that doesn't matter and it just takes a bit longer that way.Off to try it now.Debts Jan 2014 £20,108.34 :eek:
