Could you not make a pineapple upside down cake but using peaches instead. Sounds nice.

I found another recipe on the BBC web site. Peach Cobbler
You need eggs for most cake mixes. I'm not sure but there may be an egg-less recipe in the OS index. ........ be right back.

I posted before you added your no egg post.
The egg-less recipe has fruit in it but I would leave that out and just use that mixture instead and make a peach cobbler.£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4.............................NCFC member No: 00005.........

It's more of a dessert than a cake, but I've made this cobbler loads of times, with different fruit (blueberries, raspberries, peaches), it's really easy and doesn't need eggs. Just use the same amount of peaches instead of nectarines. And it's delicious!

Do you think it would work if I didn't leave it overnight like the recipe says?Debts Jan 2014 £20,108.34

Black Saturn's cobbler can be made with a tin of peaches, that's what I usually use. While not quite a cake it doesn't need eggs, and it's tasty.
It's only a game
