Cash ISA charges

I’ve recently heard/read that the charges and fees associated with cash ISAs can erode the tax-free savings part of the ISA, and even eat into the actual interest gained, to the extent that you can get less back than you put in.

However, I can’t find anywhere that states what the actual charges/fees are on cash ISAs.

Could anyone tell me are there charges/fees on cash ISAs and what these charges and fees are and how they affect the ISA.

There are no explicit fees on cash ISAs, other than any fees for exiting a lock-in. The interest rate (less any exit penalties if you choose to break a fixed rate) is what you get.

The information you've go seems duff.
There might be charges on a cash FUND within a S&S ISa but that's differnt entirely.
