Can I reclaim £25 letter charges from a loan

Just looking over some papers I found and there is a full statement for a 36 month A & L loan I had in 2005, I reclaimed the ppi on in in late 2008 and paid it off. Theres 5x£25 letter charges when they had written to me. Seems totally excessive to me. Can I reclaim these on the same grounds as overlimit/late fees.
