I'm afraid I think that the whole scenario smacks of something underhand to me.
She is PAYING her accountant not vice versa - as a volunteer for a charity which relies on donations, I would NEVER stand employing an accountant who dictated to me what donations/fundraising I could or could not accept
I think that this woman possibly is worried that because she does NOT have separate accounts for the lab rescue that she might be in trouble for accepting your donations
my advice would be to leave her and her very odd accountant to it and look for another worthy cause who WOULD be VERY grateful to receive any donations you can make- and I am sure there are thousands of them!
Yes,I am working very hard for the PDSA just now but I would still very much love to help the labrador rescue. The other 2 lab rescue people I was helping in Scotland have recently retired or moved to England so it was just this one left.I will keep looking."Reaching out to touch the stars dont forget the flowers at your feet".0 -

yes - they seem very odd - i would say fine - i wont raise for you any more and leave it at that.
i dont know the legal side, but as you seem to have covered it mostly with benevolants etc.... i'd keep going for the other 2
she's the one losing outWillow: I knew it, I knew it, well not in the sense of having the slightest idea, but I knew there was something I didn't know!0
