I have in my possession a letter from Abbey stating that my Student overdraft will stand at £1100, yet today I checked my bablance and I've been charged for going overdrawn!!! Only a few quid but they've charged me £60!!!!!
I only just got £500 off them for doing this to me last year - Are they totally stupid or what?????
I am now scanning the letter showing the overdraft and sending an enfuriated(is that a word - lol) yet reasonable letter asking them to refund the stupid charges or we're going back to court again!!!

Can't change banks cos I've got a stupid credit rating for some reason - I have got a parachute account but that's got no internet access on it or overdraft facility!!
I only keep the overdraft as a buffer zone but when I use it they charge me - Aaaaargh!!!Noli nothis permittere te terere
