Have bought fake uggs off ebay now what

I cant beleive I have been so stupid! The seller told me she bought the boots from Schuh which is an authorized Ugg retailer and I beleived her. Anyway after a month of waiting the boots arrived and they are total fakes, they arent even made of sheepskin! The fur inside is synthetic, there are loads of other things to, there is no way they are genuine. Contacted the seller who insists they are genuine. I have been watching her activity on Ebay and she has bought multiple pairs of Ugg boots from China then gone on to sell more boots which she has listed as authentic. Have filed a not as described claim with ebay. The seller now says I can send them back at my own expense and if she does nt refund me I can claim off ebay which indicates to me she is not going to refund me. Have rung ebay and just get someone who can hardly speak english which is really helpful! I know she wont refund me she is a complete liar. Have offered to get proof from authorized Ugg retailer but seller not interested. What do I do next. Think I would of been better going through paypal claims as their call centre is based in Britain.

don't panic easy to solve go to paypal open a not as described (dont say they are fake or you'll open a can of worms) say they are faulty or similar. pp will tell you to return them do this by TRACKED post.
once your tracking says delivered pp will refund you. hths

Would you have to pay to get the proof of them being fakes as you only have 10 days from telling paypal that they're fakes to give written proof. I don't think then that you have to send them back (someone who knows for sure will confirm this) & also she will hopefully be stopped from trading. Don't say anything about fakes until you have the written proof.
