    FAB!

OK so can anyone remember anything else we said shirl might need in learning to fish for life?

Any other mini articles we talked about writing?

I think Poohbear was working on a "how to guide"
Also we were talking about a glossary of terms ie poaching, basting, searing etc

but from the cooking advice page still?
Not sure where would be a good place to put it - perhaps there needs to be a section on how to save more which could include GYO and other things like looking for reduced items and checking prices in case there is an offer which makes soemthing else cheaper (like I think there was with the cheese).

 All this talk of search terms made me decide to look at recent search terms used to reach my blog. If you google my real name followed by blogspot.com it comes up with my blog os the third result even though I deliberately have never put my surname anywhere on it. (And my surname is so common that I tell people to search me under my maiden name on facebook.)

P.S. I'm afraid this is as much as I can do regarding the cooking advice and the batch cooking guide it links to - I am hereby relinquishing the custody of it and giving it into the hands of any willing editors :D

I'll try and get my GYO diary on before we go away :)

Is Ceridwen still around? I hope she still checks in on this thread, she came up with some great stuff for the equipment and may have some good ideas for the further development part e.g. freecycle for equipment, joining a local LETS scheme...

I must say, even though I am def on the periphery of this little clan, I am really impressed with all the work going on. Weezl, did you imagine this would be your maternity leave? :)

In the grow your own advice did Lesley mean that raspberries didn't cost much? Otherwise it seems like it is expensive to grow them yourself :)

    Hugs to all!

aless/susan/anyone with a titchy bit of html knowledge

there's a tidying up the shopping list task, which I guesstimate is a 1-1.5 hr task and is pretty interruptable to deal with a sudden poop-splosion.

It has no deadline at all :)

also if anyone knows where the jiggins I posted amounts for the lemon cordial that'd be super useful :D
