bbc iPlayer on iPhone 3gs NOT working

Please can someone help been at it for ages now. When i'm using the iplayer and I click on play nothing happens doesnt matter which program I select.
I'm using it over my home WIFI. I've tried googling for an answer and cant seems to find anything.

Can anyone please help or suggest what might be the problem.

It might be because iplayer uses flash which iphones aren't equiped to do

Have you tried rebooting? When you click player does the bit in the centre spin for a bit like it's thinking? On my WIFI it does this as it's streaming the first minute or so before it starts.

Have you tried rebooting the phone? I had to do that the other day on the iTouch because it wasn't playing the iPlayer shows.

Works on Wifi. Works on 3G only if you're with Vodafone or 3.

I click on the middle play button and nothing happens, its like its not evening reckognising that ive pressed it.

How do I do about rebooting the iphone?

Same happens on the iTouch sometimes. Just hold down the power button and it will ask you (I assume the iPhone is the same) to slide if you want to shut down. Do it, then turn it back on again after a few seconds.
