    Hi,

We sold our 2004 car about a month ago. We ran it for a year with no problems at all. It does about 35Mpg around the doors, but never increased much on runs. Servicing is every 2 years or 20,000 miles.

I hated the car. I am 6 foot 2, and found it uncomfortable on any journey over 20 minutes. The foot pedals are not in a good position if you are tall. My wife found it okay and didnot complain about it but shes a short person!.

Station wagon style boot is useful, but is not very big.

You can get these cars cheap if you hunt, but it will more than likely be an ex hire car. I wouldnot let this put you off. We got a 6 month old one for £6500. I have seen new diesels lately for £9k, as the new 207 Sw is due soon.

    Best regards

    Baz

    Hi,

307 are nice when they are not suffering from faults. I know several people who regret buying them. Electric problems seem to be the cause of the problems. However with the new facelift model they have improved the electrics........or so they say!

Try a long test drive in a 206. I loved it at first, but found it uncomfortable for journeys on motorways as there was no where to stick your feet.

    Regards

    Barry
