Fedup I'm so glad you're feeling better. Just try to remember its not just keeping busy
that will help-but constructively busy. I always seem to forget that bit and then sink again.
    Mac yay for 5 stars!
Dora hope your little man feels better soon. And Im :rotfl:over your DD's "cake", its the start of something surely.

Got fedup of Jersey boys and now listening to Dollty Parton. When I was little we used to spend our easter holidays in Zimbabwe with my mums sisters family. After the easter egg hunt we would watch "the Dolly story" which screened in hour long segments. She would sit on a stool and talk about her life and where her songs came from. My cousins would record loads of episodes before we got there so we had loads to watch. Im missing my mum again today-been doing that loads between getting pg and married. She never met DH or DS (I lost her when I was 19)

Also, may I please have Prayers and or vibes for my dad and other family and friends left back home in South Africa. Last night the leader of the AWB political party, Eugene Terreblanche was murdered with a machete in his farmhouse. He was 70 and although they say it wasn't politically motivated, it coes in the wake of the new president of th ANC youth league promoting the song "Kill the boers, they are rapists". Back in the day of the "original struggle" when Mandela was running the show, it was sang in the contexts that black africans wanted their land back and "boers" were famers. But now that Zuma is president and the overnment has been returned to " the black majority" as Mandela wanted, this new leader of ANC youth league fancies that the black majority is still not justified (he's 26 so only experienced about 4 years of "intergration") and has been singing the song with reference to "the Afrikaaner" he includes in these ranks anyone who is desendant from Britain or Holland. There has been a huge spate of murders, particularly in the rural areas, targeting oap farm owners, now with this prominent murder, it's likely to cause even more uprising and the president has been calling for calm all day (obviously unheeded). My dad and stepmum live in a coastal rural area which is "relatively" cut off so Im very worried bout them. They say it's okay and they'll be fine, but after my family having to return here after livin in zim for thirty years-Im very scared.

    Anyway , as for my list...:j:j:jI'm Done:j:j:j
5 weeks worth of floordrobe preventing me hoovering I am going to sleep SO well tonight. I'd love to have a long bath, but since we dont have one I'll have to settle for a shower:)

I'm in this week - need to get the house ship-shape as well as doing the decorating of the spare room in preparation for flylady guests.

    Thanks to the usual suspects.

Thank you for the shiny new thread! I'm in again next week as I thoroughly enjoyed last week and the house is looking ace!

Toots - Congratulations to you, it sounds like you have had a lovely day and have been thoroughly spoilt. I'm pleased it has gone so well for you.

Hex2 - I am so jealous! I would love to keep chooks, but our garden is far too small. Maybe one day............

Dustykitten - I love odd plates too, but I have a boring set of white M&S crockery at the moment. I'm slowly smashing my way through it (and using the broken bits in pots, they aren't wasted!) so I can replace with some mixed up bits

jellybaby21 - Welcome! I was a newbie last week, so we can muddle through together!

ashia - congratulations on your big day! This year seems to be going so quickly I wonder it won't be Sept tomorrow.

polkadot - sending good vibes to you and your family. My SIL lives over there. Whilst I haven't spoken to her for a very long time, I did think of her today when I saw the news. Congratulations on completing Monday on Sunday!

I'm loving tomorrows list. I swore I was going to have a rest day today and didn't, so I'm hoping for one tomorrow. I did feel out of sorts today though and wanted to keep myself busy. Felt flu-y, a bit sick-y and quite sinus-y at various points throughout the day :(

ETA - doing an online shop for next week and I wondered, has anyone used the eco friendly Asda Kitchen and Hob Cleaner and is it any good? I use hob brite at the moment, but I use it most nights and the smell gets a bit much! Also, the Asda one is on rollback so a bit cheaper and it looks more like a watery spray than a gloopy cleaner. unfortunately it isn't - and their dad's cousin has a 'management' type job in the company having worked at Barnfield Close *wink* and that was from memory *glow* we'll see. Trouble is he wants the money without the work...I like that Morrisons, it's a proper one, ours is an ex-Safeway with a VERY tall manager who is no doubt fed up of being harangued by a leggy redhead...

Ahh, sorry it wasn't the right one, and that you wouldn't have needed help anyway. Hope your DS, and MrsChaos' DS get sorted out job wise soon. :)

    See you all x

I'm in this week. I can't keep up with the thread (I work full time!) but do try to keep up with the lists. I have endometriosis and struggle for one week a month, and just give up one week a month. I should be fine this week though.

    Happy Easter everyone!
