Recently charged £20 for being a huge 12p, yes twelve pence overdrawn last month! Whats the best way to try and reverse this charge? Been with them for 1 and a half years without being overdrawn. Its a basic account with no overdraft facility. But this charge seems excessive bearing in mind the tiny amount overdrawn by.

Be nice, they will probably do it just this once.
Dont do it again or they will not be so nice next time.
In the banks eyes it really doesnt matter how much it is, 1p, 12p or £120 its the fact that it has flagged up as 'overdrawn'
Hope it turns out well for you.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0
