How to copy into a folder

Hi all please could someone tell me how to copy a recipe from this site and put it in a folder on my desk top,i have created and named a folder but each time i copy a recipe there is then no option to paste it into my folder.Thank you:o

You need to put it on a Word document (or Wordpad etc) first, then put that in the folder.Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree!

Highlight the text of what you want to save, press "Ctrl+C" on your keyboard. This copies the text to the clipboard.
Open up a text application like Notepad, Wordpad or Word, and press "Ctrl+V" on your keyboard. This will paste the text into your document.
Then Save the document in the folder you've created.0
