Rundll error

I turned my laptop on today and got a pop up saying:
"RUNDLL
error loading C:\Windows\cenmsf.dll
Access is denied"

i just closed it and carried on at first as i normally have a similar message pop up on startup but this cenmsf.dll message is popping up every 15 seconds or so.

i've had a lttle google but cant find anything on this partcular dll, anyone got any ideas or solutions as its getting pretty annoying and i cant ignore it because i end up with a dozen error messages if i dont do anything for more than a couple of minutes

thanks

Download CCleaner and scan the registry for errors. Backup when requested.

    CCleaner is safe to use

Download MALWAREBYTES (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD LATEST VERSION'). Malwarebytes checks for nasties
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/
Open malwarebytes and goto UPDATE and click 'check for updates'. After its updated goto SCANNER and click PERFORM FULL SCAN then click SCAN
Post the COMPLETE log here AFTER youve deleted everything it finds

    reboot

Download HIJACK THIS (Make sure you click 'DOWNLOAD THIS VERSION')
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_hijackthis/2894/
Click MAIN MENU then DO A SYSTEM SCAN AND SAVE A LOGFILE(Takes seconds) then post the log so we can see whats running
(do NOT do anything else with Hijack but scan and post the FULL log)

Youve also made the BIG mistake of installing 2 anti virus programs
Choose between AVG and AVIRA (Id personally recommend you keep Avira)
If you choose AVG then uninstall Avira
If you choose Avira use the 32 bit AVG removal tool
    http://www.avg.com/download-tools

ADAWARE is next to useless too, id recommend uninstalling that too

    .

You never UPDATED malwarebytes as I asked. We're now on Database version 3954
    Please update and rescan

Then as you had/have trojans ~
    Please run COMBOFIX
    http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
    Shut down your anti virus
Follow the simple instructions it gives
Post the COMPLETE log it creates here (Split into sections if need be) ~ if there are loads of 'SNAPSHOT' pages then leave them out

If it comes up with a RENAMING error then RIGHT click the exe file and RENAME and call it QWERTY (Making the complete file name 'QWERTY.exe') Or SAVE as 'QWERTY' on download
