Hi,
I've a glut of lemons and limes and wondered whether I could squeeze them and freeze the juice.
Does anyone know?
Thanks
Sam

yes me too I buy any oranges/limes/lemons when cheap and slice them before freezing and they are ideal for lager and lime ice cold!/gin n tonic/sangria etc or defrost to use in any dish asking for citrus fruit.0 -
What great ideas - freezing slices as well as juicing some to freeze.
Thank you all!
