Coke zone magazine offer

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place for this but here goes.
I recently printed off 3 vouchers for free magazines from coke zone after obtaining the relative codes from their bottles of coke. However when I tried to use them to get the magazines on their off er at Asda & WH Smith, they refused them stating that they were not registered. Has anyone else had this problem or as anyone sucessfully used these codes & if so where did they manage to use them
