Rearranging TV/VHS cables

could be a complicated one this....Ill try and keep it simple and easy to understand...
our current set up:
tv, vhs and sky+
however we have a cctv camera, this appears to be cabled as follows:
- scart socket into video
- rf out (?) from video to sky +
- for the camera to work the vhs has to be switched on and on 'AV' channel - and the tv has to be on channel 0
now we are wanting rid of the vhs player and have bought a Panasonic DVD recorder with hard drive (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Panasonic-DMR-EX773EBK-160GB-Recorder-Freeview/dp/B0038VZXMS)
has anyone any knowledge as to how I could get the cctv on the tv without the video - which cables go where and which channels and settings to use?
