Poundland - check your receipt!

The various offers e.g 3 for £1 are not always marked on the shelf beside the item. When you get to the till sometimes the sa will tell you the offer/ sometimes not. Example - i go to till with one packet of sweets, the sa says those sweets are 3 for £1. So i go and get two more packets. However not every sa will tell you. Look at your receipt before you leave the store, it will say at each item if it is 2for £1, 3 for £1 etc.

A really top tip here, is it actually listed on the receipt though0

Yes it does tell you on your receipt. e.g toothpaste 2 for £1. A really nice sa told me at the checkout one day about this. Before that i was missing out on offers! But as i said before you need to check your receipt before you leave the store as once you leave you cannot prove how many items you did actually get for a pound. No point in getting home then realising!!0
