BT recent calls?

Can anyone remind me how to view my recent calls on BT.com? I see the recent usage with how much extra money I have spent on calls, but not the actual number I have called or how many calls I have made? I just need to check that I have made 10 calls in the past month so the snaky BT won't charge me the extra £6.5 because the cut off dates were so unclear.

And can someone also remind me that calling 0800 numbers including those self talking ones are counted as actual calls too.

Thanks a lot.

Just click on view your recent usage just under the amount. Then the page should reload and list all your recent calls

No it doesn't, I tried reloading the page a couple of time as well, it said the cut off date is 2 April and I am sure I have made a few calls the past week...

If i recall correctly freephone calls are not allowable towards your ten a month.

But calling 020 7043 1320 (Speaking Clock) from your inclusive minutes is.

I had a similar problem a few weeks ago and it was a fault on the bt website.

Ours is currently claiming to show all calls since February, but in fact starting 30 March. There is however a warning message: "We are currently experiencing a problem which means that for some Customers we are unable to show the latest call information. This is being dealt with as a priority and will be fixed as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you."

    HI all,

Thanks for all your replies, I tried again today and all is in order now, it was a problem on the BY website then. I have the recent usage and calls listed on the same page and yeah, I am not sure if the 0800s are included as none is listed on my account but I don't remember if I actually made any...

    Thanks

0800 numbers are not chargeable - which is why they do not appear on your recent calls list or on your bill. They are also not classed as inclusive.
